Who knew an Ikea cutlery set holder would double as a great jewellery organizer? I finally have my jewellery nicely on display making it really easy to sort through items to wear.

How do you keep your jewellery organized? (images by photohogger)

  1. this is seriously genius.

i’m not much of an accessories kinda girl… i have my rings and randoms just laying around on my vanity. no organization at all.

  6. Great post – and wonderful photo. I have my necklaces hanging from hooks in my jewelery box that hangs on my wall. My kitten recently discovered the art of opening the box and playing with jewelery – I forsee problems with this.

  7. That looks really good! I like using vintage-y looking jars and cups to hold my jewelry. And like Kristen, my cats have a (understandable) obsession with my feather earrings. So I use tiny clips with magnetized backs to hang them high on my bureau mirror so they can’t reach them. Works really well!

  8. Wow this is a great idea! Love how your jewellery pops. I’ve lined a shallow drawer with one of those rubber sheets with grip and I lay my pieces out that way. Worked really well in the beginning but now everything’s so jumbled (..i got lazy..), I wish I hadn’t bothered. This cutlery holder idea is way smarter.

  9. Great idea. I found something a bit like this at Crate and Barrel. I need to buy more for my hanging accessories.

  10. This is a fabulous idea! I must do something like this because currently my jewelry isn’t that organized and I have about 5 necklaces to untangle…
